By way of DM Designs we offer full residential design and drafting services, from simple pergolas to full custom homes we are happy to put your dreams on Paper. We have pre-designed concept homes that are near and dear to our hearts as they are a culmination of our favorite looks over the years. Our in-house design team is Kitchen and Bath Design certified, licensed and insured, Residential Interior Designers.

Our new home construction process starts with an in-depth interview to find out your wants and needs and to ensure that we as the Builder and you as the Client are best suited for one another. Every home and every homeowner is different and we try to do our very best upfront to ensure that our collective visions for your project are aligned.
Remodels and additions
We offer services for complete remodels and large scale additions with the same detail and attention that we approach our New Home builds with. We offer the same service for design and are equally as eager to complete projects designed by others.
Condo Renovation
A long time staple in our business, while other homebuilders steer clear of individual unit renovations because of the perceived challenges. We are the opposite… We have completed nearly one hundred condo renovations to date and have worked in almost every complex in New Smyrna. We actively seek out new, quality Condominium projects. What we enjoy most about the condos is the attention we can afford because of the limited square footage. We have a number of design awards and publications for our unit construction.
